2. Measure Your Space

• Use the listed product dimensions to make sure everything fits properly.

• You can:

  • Use a tape measure

  • Use your phone’s built-in measuring tool

  • Download a third-party measuring app if needed

• If booking multiple inflatables or products, make sure you have enough setup space between items.

3. Schedule Your Appointment

• Select the “Book Now” button to schedule an appointment.

• A booking calendar will appear where you can choose the date and time that works best for your event.

• Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability and travel distance.

• Same-day approvals will include a extra booking Fee.

IF BOOKING DATE IS NOT AVAILABLE

If your desired date or time does not appear on the calendar, it usually means that time slot is already booked. However, we may still be able to accommodate your event. Please contact us to check availability.

If we are able to add your event to our schedule, a $20 scheduling fee will apply, and the required booking deposit must still be paid.

​

Same-day bookings are not available through the online calendar. Normally, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

If you need a same-day booking, contact us directly. If we are available, we can create your invoice manually. A $50 same-day booking fee will apply, and the required booking deposit must still be paid.

4. Fill Out The Booking Form

• Before adding items to your cart, you must complete the booking form.

• Filling out the form does not require payment yet.

• Make sure all information is correct to avoid delays or booking errors.

5. Review Your Cart

• Your selected items will appear in the cart:

  • Desktop: Top-right corner

  • Mobile: Top-left menu (tap the lines/menu icon)

• Review all selected services before checkout.

6. Pay Deposit & Checkout

• Deposits are required to secure your reservation.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by Bounce House Ninjas.

• Accepted payment methods:

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

7. Receive Confirmation

• After checkout, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.

• A confirmation email should also be sent to your email address.

8. Setup Day

• Bounce House Ninjas provides:

  • Free delivery

  • Setup

  • Takedown

• All bounce houses include:

  • Blowers

  • Stakes

  • Tarp

  • Sandbags when needed

• We set up at:

  • Homes

  • Corporate events

  • Parks

  • Apartment complexes

  • Indoor venues

We will arrive at your selected booking time (and may arrive a little earlier). To ensure the quickest setup, please have your preferred setup location ready when we arrive. Setup typically takes 20–60 minutes.

9. Power Requirements

• Customers must provide their own power source. (Power Outlet or Generator)

• Bounce House Ninjas does not provide generators.

• If booking multiple inflatables:

  • Make sure you have multiple power outlets/circuits available

  • Using only one circuit may trip a breaker

10. Park & Venue Approval

• If booking at a park, apartment complex, or event venue:

  • Please confirm permission before booking

  • Many parks require permits or approval before setup

11. Changes & Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their reservation up to 12 hours before the appointment start time.

• Time changes may be requested if availability allows.

• Most approved time adjustments do not include additional charges.

Bounce House Ninjas Safety Rules

1. Adult Supervision

• An adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use.

• Never leave children unattended.

2. Remove Shoes & Empty Pockets

• Remove all shoes, cleats, and high heels before entering.

• Empty pockets and remove jewelry, glasses, keys, pens, phones, watches, and any sharp or hard objects.

3. No Food, Drinks, or Messy Items

• No food, candy, gum, or drinks inside the inflatable.

• No face paint, makeup, body glitter, temporary hair color, or similar products.

• Absolutely no silly string. It permanently damages the vinyl and may result in repair or replacement charges.

4. Safe Play Only

• No flips, wrestling, tackling, pushing, roughhousing, climbing the walls or netting, or hanging from the entrance.

• Enter and exit carefully at all times.

5. Separate Riders by Size & Follow Capacity Limits

• Separate children by age and size whenever possible.

• Do not allow adults or larger children to bounce with smaller children.

• Never exceed the posted rider or weight limits.

6. Keep Hazardous Items Away

• No pets, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates, sports equipment, glass containers, furniture, coolers, or sharp toys on or inside the inflatable.

• Keep smoking, vaping, grills, fire pits, fireworks, sparklers, and all open flames well away from the equipment.

7. Water Use

• Dry inflatables must remain dry at all times.

• Only inflatables specifically designed for wet use may be used with water.

• Remove standing water immediately after rain before use.

8. Do Not Move or Alter Equipment

• Do not relocate, disconnect, unplug, or tamper with the inflatable, blower, stakes, sandbags, extension cords, or safety equipment.

• Moving the equipment without permission may result in additional charges.

9. Weather Safety

• Stop using the inflatable immediately during strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather.

• Bounce House Ninjas reserves the right to suspend or cancel rentals due to unsafe weather conditions.

10. Protect the Inflatable

• Keep the inflatable away from tree branches, thorns, fences, rocks, rough concrete, and other abrasive or sharp surfaces.

• Never drag the inflatable across asphalt, gravel, or concrete.

• Do not use bleach, gasoline, solvents, or harsh chemicals to clean the inflatable.

• All products and services are insured.

• All inflatables include blowers.

• Water is not included | must have running Outdoor Faucet (hose bibb/Spigot) for wet inflatables 

• Larger bounce houses may allow adults inside depending on the inflatable.

• If your child is nervous around larger inflatables or bigger kids, review safety and comfort tips before booking.

• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability and travel distance.
